Ethic Policy has been formulated in order to foster and maintain employee trust and confidence in the professionalism and the integrity of the employees of the Company by ensuring that all employees adhere to appropriate standards of conduct as set out in this Policy by ensuring that all the employees maintains and enhance the reputation of the Company.

Each employee of Bharat Group agrees to observe & the below stated principles:

  • Conducting the Company’s business with honesty and integrity and in a professional manner that protects the Company’s good public reputation.
  • Avoid any activities that could involve or lead to involvement in any unlawful practice or any harm to the Company’s reputation.
  • Provide accurate and reliable information in records submitted to or on behalf of the Company.
  • Always safeguard the Company’s confidential information and respect and not disclose the confidential information to other parties with whom the Company does business or competes.
  • Promptly report to the Company any violation of law or ethical principles or Company’s policies that come to the employee’s attention.
  • Co-operate with the Company in case of any audit, enquiry, review or investigation etc.
  • Maintain cordial & peaceful environment and not to indulge into any polities, malpractice, grudge or harm any co-worker.
  • Avoid the situations in which his or her financial or other personal interest(s) is in conflict with the interest of the company & act in Company’s interest at all the times.
  • All employees shall strive to maintain safe, healthy & clean environment at its workplace & surroundings and also strive to prevent any wasteful use of natural resources (including water) & help in improving the environment.
  • All the assets of the Company shall be deployed, for the purpose of conducting the business for which they are authorized for.
